The Bellingham Washington Highgate house project required retrofitting existing spaces into both common and living areas. The project also included a 1,500 square foot living room addition with outdoor living space above the common living room. This project required careful planning and coordination with the owner, interior designer, and architect. The project was completed in 2016.
