The Pines Apartments were designed in 2012 and completed in 2013. The apartment project offered fifteen, 1 and 2-bedroom living units. The project took advantage of the existing mature pines on the site to create a protected and inviting living space. The amenities include large open modern kitchens, ample outdoor living areas, private balconies and large storage space devoted to each unit. The project is extremely efficient in terms of construction cost and required land for the project.
