The YRP Boat House and Dock is situated against Hebgen Lake near Yellowstone National Park. The ranch development includes a Common Area Pavilion Design, Entry Gate Design, and Ranch Common Lighting and Sign Design throughout the property extending along the dock. The themes found throughout reflect turn of the century Park Architecture. The Pavilion exudes a substantial historic presence. The construction materials were carefully selected to reflect this and were specified with the requirements for no maintenance. The project includes recycled metal and wood.
